Scarves...

I made scarves for gifts this Christmas for my Dad and Step-Mom. They live where it gets very cold in the winter (unlike here in Southern California) and I wanted to make them something that would keep them warm. This scarf was for my Step-Mom and was made with Red Heart Soft in Seafoam. This yearn is beautiful to work with and feels great on the skin. My friend Lisa showed me the pattern. The stitch is shell shaped, easy to do and goes very quickly. I love the way the edges scallop.

  2. Thanks so much for putting this up! I made the most gorgeous oxblood colored scarf and with it being winter in Australia I was so happy to come across this post. Love it!
