Crochet Spring Bunny...

Two years ago, I created a pattern for a Spring Bunny.

Since Easter is right around the corner, I decided to make a few bunnies. And, since there's a new Hobby Lobby super close to my house, I decided I needed new yarn too. The yarn is I Love This Cotton! in white, banana, pink and aqua. I love it...

I also created the pattern for you to print out.
Enjoy.

    1. Hi Nykki,
I used a 5 mm hook (size H/8) and the finished size is approximately 3.5 inches tall by 2 inches wide.

  7. Hi, I just wanted to say thank you very much for this pattern. I wrote about the bunnies I made from your pattern here: http://madeoutofthings.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/crochet-bunnies.html I popped mine onto elastic and we've used them for all sorts. I love the bunting and think I'll need to have a little bit of bunny bunting up for Easter. Thank you. :o)

  10. I absolutely love these, but I don't understand where it says to slip stitch the ears to the head. You have written:
"Now you need to slip stitch the ears to the head by going through the double crochet of the ear and into the top of the treble crochet of the head. Do this twice for each ear."
I don't get any of that lol. Hopefully you're able to help?! :)

    1. If you crochet them you'll notice that the ears are only attached to the head on the sides. To render it more secure, you can weave them to the head ( I personally just wove them to the head).

  11. These are adorable, but I don't understand what this means:
"In the first chain you will hook the first half of four double crochets. This will leave 5 loops on your hook."

  13. I absolutely love your design! Seeing how I am new to crocheting, a video on how to make these bunnies would help me out a lot. Would you consider making a tutorial video?
