Is this the kind you warm in the microwave? I found a poem!
This little pillow filled with rice, Is such a comforting device. Microwave for 2 minutes on high And kiss those aches and pains goodbye. Apply it to the troubled spot, The heat will ease the pain a lot. Or warm those little toes so cold, You'll find this nice to have and hold. Or freeze it for a little while, And fix that booboo up in style. Instead of a compress made of ice, Use this pillow filled with rice.
It looks as some people freeze them and use them as cold therapy. (I doubt they could be frozen if made with cloth?)
Thanks for bringing beauty AND comfort to the world. You are a doll! Love, Kay xx
Kay, You can put rice bags in the freezer - they work very well as cold compresses. Much better than a bag of frozen peas!! I put mine right into the freezer as is but I know some folks put them in a plastic bag first. You can wrap it in a piece of flannel or a dishtowel if you're worried about putting it right next to your skin.
This is a great inspiring article.I am pretty much pleased with your good work. You put really very helpful information. Keep it up. Keep blogging. Looking to reading your next post. luxury italian leather handbags
